Brunches are at 11:30 a.m. unless otherwise noted. Approximate cost does not include taxes or gratuities.
Seating is limited to the restaurant capacity. Attendance is by reservation. See HOW TO RESERVE
section overleaf. We are a friendly group of positive, single adults from all walks of life and ages who
like to get together for brunch in a relaxed setting to meet new and interesting people. We meet on
alternate Sundays throughout the year. If a brunch should be cancelled, every effort will be made to
contact those who have reserved.

SUNDAY BRUNCH GROUP

The Sunday Brunch Group exists to provide a friendly, informal environment for single adults to meet others for the purposes of developing new friendships through organizing brunches at local restaurants. We are a non-profit volunteer group, which has three (3) possible level of participation: as attendees, as hosts and co-hosts, and as executive members. The Sunday Brunch Group was started in 1989.

HOW TO RESERVE

1. It is important that you phone in your reservation to the Host no later than Saturday before 3:00 p.m. Seating is often limited by a restaurant’s capacity, therefore, reservations close at 3:00 p.m. or when the seating limit is reached, whichever comes first.

2. If you are unable to attend, please telephone the Host to cancel so that someone else may attend in your place. A waiting list is maintained for anyone who misses the reservation deadline and wishes his/her name to be placed on the list. Your Host will contact you if there is a cancellation.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR BRUNCH ATTENDESS

Persons are responsible for their own bill and gratuity. In some cases the restaurant includes a 15% gratuity.

If you have any problems or concerns at a brunch, please speak with the Host. The brunch list will be made available at brunches. Please refrain from posting it on public bulletin boards.

Those attending each brunch will be asked to contribute two dollars towards the Sunday Brunch

Group’s operating expenses and various charities, which we support.

A certain area of the restaurant is set aside, for our group. Place cards are available for those

who wish a particular seat.
